they told me we are not consider 4+ age group

i filled up an admission form for nursery school for my nephew(jatin singh) he is 4+ in guru harkishan public school, karol bagh and ramjas day boarding anand perbat . they accepted my form and later my form are rejected they told me we are not consider 4+ age group child for EWS however they accepted the form for same age group for general candidates.
kindly give me some advice in this matter what should i do

Indian School

The Indian School, sadiq Nagar, Very cleverly selected the candidates.

They call parents for the submission of forms with all the required documents, the moment parent get his/her turn for submission they shortlist by categorising with some points.

The panel siting there consists of more than 5 people, out of these some of them just check ur body language and the way you are approaching them.

I don't think that so many members are required at the time of submission,…

Private School not following HC stay order

Brain Internationa School declared result of 28 Jan and given time till 29 Jan to deposit non refundable fees. On asking the school mangement about the stay order of HC on admission of Nursery classes for FY 2013-14 they have replied that they are not following court order and going on with admission process and will close admission today. This is contempt of court. Please suggest remedial measures for the same if anybody is having experience.

Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Monday ordered private schools in Delhi to not allow nursery admissions till it gives a final verdict on the validity of government's 2010 notification and whether it follows the Right to Education Act. Maxfort - PITAM PURA - NO Ethics left with the management and the Principal also.

Maxfort Pitam pura is charging 40000/- from every parents in account of some "Chadha Charitable trust ", Which is non refundable . This is totally unfair.

The school is not even recognised with DoE.
