4+ = KG
5+ = Class-1
6+ = Class-2
RTE-ACT - 6-14 YERAS
MEANS RTE ACT FOR CHILDREN OF CLASS 2 AND ABOVE
THIS OUR SYSTEM
THERE SHOULD BE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(Educational but not other) for entering into Parliament, so that Funny Acts are avoided.

In my view if high court would have ordered for uniformity in point allocation system same for all schools and common admission guidlines for all schools in delhi then atleast some rationality in admission could be brought into system. management quota should be scrapped as we know this is root cause of corrupt backdoor admissions being done by delhi schools. last but not the least atleast all schools in delhi should have same point for first child and sibling as in case of 1st child how sibling point is logical? so same points for 1st child and sibling should be there. there should be quota fixed for alumni's wards same like EWS category and rest of the seats should be left open for general category on basis of distance bases points only. but still most of schools are having arbitrary point system based on illogical criteria. I think high court could have removed that anomaly atleast by directing delhi govt rather than just giving suggestion to govt to amend RTE act. No benefit of judgement to parents of this year admissions......

Bij Sir Can you pls tell all the parents what are the implications of

"For the reasons stated hereinabove, we hold that the guidelines issued by Government of India and the Order issued by Government of NCT of Delhi under Section 35 of RTE Act, 2009 do not apply to 75% of the admission made to pre-elementary (pre-primary and pre-school) classes by private unaided schools, though they do apply to the remaining 25% admissions made by such schools to such classes in view of the proviso to Section 12(1) of the aforesaid Act."
