Document required for the First Child and First child is girl

"Hello Sakshi ,

what proof of document required for the First Child and First child is girl? Is some Court affidavit required? if so can we make this from my home town court?. please reply on this so that i can arrange all document in advance.

FROM THE LAST 05 YEARS AFFIDAVIT FOR THE FIRST CHILD/ GIRLD CHILD REQUIRED IN SOME SCHOOLS , THIS YEAR SAKSHI JI CAN CALL BETTER ABOUT IT

Affidavit should be on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- and should be duly attested by Notary Public. (can be from home town court too). Refer http://www.admissionsnursery.com/page/documents-required-1 for format.
