Documents required for filling forms

Hi, can u please advice me what all documents should we arrange for admissions in advance. Should we arrange first born child affidavit and girl child in one attested affidavit or two separate affidavit as my daughter is my first child

Address proof is commmon that should be ready rest vaccination card should be ready n others documents you can see as they are school specific..Like name of child printed on B.C etc
Keep them ready
Rest you can get made after notification for admissions comes
