Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Form Dates | Admission Criteria | Results | Fee Details | List of All Schools

My daughter will be 3+ on 7th March 2017. But if i consider to get her admission done in this session I find her too small for the same. If I think of next session, I am afraid that I might be out of eligibility criteria of many schools. I am so confused about all this. Please guide.

Do they say 3+ or they mean 3+ and not above 4? Please guide what should I do?

We were in similar situation this year for my son. Most schools have upper age limit of 4 in Noida. So if you try next year for Nursery, you will be able to apply in very few schools like FAS, Shiv Nadar, TSMS etc as they follow different age criteria. You could also try in some new schools next year as they are usually flexible. But if you prefer traditional schools, then you must go for nursery admission in this year only.

But I missed many forms. The last date is up. I can't go for Delhi Schools, very far from my residence. And noida, ghaziabad schools are almost done with the admission procedure. And if I think in terms of my daughter she is too young for proper schooling. She has just started play group from July onwards. I missed many forms. Now I have no option left except going for those limited schools.

That is what my concern is dear. I dont know anything about schools in this city. I just go by what response I get from people near about. I dont know how good or bad a school is. The names which are mostly heard are so strict in rules, some are defamed just by name, some are branded but they are so expensive that completely out of pocket, some are so new that nobody knows about them. How can I trust the new schools? I am so stressed and so confused about all this. I will read the blog for sure. thanks

Nikita

Best way to gauge school is to talk to parents at the time of disbursal n reviews i can share where do you stay and any schools shortlisted ?

I have gathered reviews for Father Agnel, Somerville, St. Thomas (Indirapuram), St. Francis (Indirapuram)

Can you just help me with the names of schools which take 4+ in ghaziabad and noida? And are not too heavy on pocket and good as a school too? Please if you could. Thanks in advance.

Apeejay is open till 30th Aug. Double check with their website
Khaitan, DAV, Ryan have not started admission yet.
These are some traditional schools options still available for you.
If you are ok with sending your kid to formal school starting April 2018, there are options available. My son started play group last week, but we still got him admission for 2018-19, considering that he has 6-7 more months to catch-up and we can review our decision next year.

Hmmm. I didn't noticed I missed many forms. I am regretting now. Though I talked in Somerville, they said that they will consider her in next session too though she will be 4+ (just by few days).

Any idea about fee structure of Apeejay? Like nominal or heavy on pocket?

Apeejay form is available. But fees on higher side

At admission they are asking about 1.20 lacs.

My daughter is also Feb2015 born.

I am planning to send her this year though still to get admission.

Rest points covered by Mr Piyush above.

which schools you are considering then?

Ryan I checked. I found it a bit costly. Same is amity, its still available but too much of fees.

DPSN,Amity,Cambridge and Somerville.
