List of candidates (General Category) selected for Nursery Admission
2018-19 is put up on the notice board and on the school website.
Total Seats (under General Category) - 110
List of selected candidates:
with 100 points (Sibling, Alumni & Distance) - 1
with 80 points (Alumni & Distance - 14
with 70 points (Sibling & Distance) - 45
from draw of lots with 50 points - 50

Total selected candidates - 110
Parents are requested to deposit the fee along with documents by 23rd
February 2018 by 1.00 p.m. positively, failing which the applicant shall
lose his/her right to admission.
The parents will be required to submit a hard-copy of the online form
and self attested copy of required documents. They will also have to
bring the original documents for verification. The admission will be
confirmed only if the authenticity of the documents is proved after
verification.
Fee (Rs. 26,000/-) will be accepted by Demand Draft only in favour of
“Gyan Bharati School”. For further details, the Accounts Department
of the school may be contacted.
School is not liable to provide transport facility to the children joining
the school. The existing bus services subject to availability of seats,
can be availed.
Documents to be submitted with the hard copy of the online
submitted form:
1. Birth Certificate bearing the name of the child and the parents
issued by the Municipal Corporation.(In original)
2. Medical certificate of good health of the child from a registered
doctor (In original)
3. One passport size photograph of the child. (In original)
4. Proof of residential address- (any one of the following) (Self
attested copy)
a) Ration card issued in the name of parents(father/mother) having
the name of the child
b) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
c) Latest Voter ID of any of the parents.
d) Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents
or the child.
e) Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the
name of the child or any of the parents.
Note: School will also verify the residential address through
home visits
5. In case of Alumni (Father/Mother having passed class 12th from
Gyan Bharati School): Admission No., Year of Passing Class XII,
Roll No. of CBSE Class XII Board Exams/Class XII CBSE
certificate. (Self attested copy)
6. In case of Sibling applicants (Only if one sibling- real brother or
sister is studying in Gyan Bharati): Admission No. and latest fee
bill issued by the school. (Self attested copy)
Please note- In case of Incomplete form, Incorrect/False
information, Incomplete/ False documents, the form is liable to
be rejected and admission will stand cancelled even if selected
as per points or in draw of lots.

iv) Aadhar Card of Mother
v) Address Proof - (any one of the following): Aadhar Card/Ration
Card/Voter I Card/Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/Water

vi) PAN card of Father
vii) PAN card of Mother
4. Medical Fitness Certificate (Original) from a Registered Medical
Practitioner
5. Medical Certificate in case of Child with Special Needs
6. For Siblings (refers to own Brother/Sister - not cousins or other family
members) - Copy of current School I Card
7. For Christian Candidates:
(a) Baptism Certificate of child
(b) Letter of Church Membership of family from the Pastor/Parish Priest
8. For Staff of Somerville School - Copy of I Card/Latest Salary Statement
