Hi Sakshi /parents,

Khaitan fee deposit last date is 28th July, and I don't think that by that time Amity final rounds will finish for me as the 1st interaction date is on 25th.

As a suggestion from this community I want to know whether should I go ahead with fee deposit in Khaitan (in the first place) and wait for Amity, Noida. How good (or bad) is Khaitan as compared with other similar schools? I have spoken to at least 4 parents whose wards are in Khaitan and they all have said that it is a good school with good balance of academics and ECA. Fee is also moderate.

As far as I have read from blogs here Amity is far better than Khaitan, and if we get selected in Amity I will withdraw from Khaitan. That would mean non refundable fee of 80k for 2 kids. I can only take this chance if Khaitan is worth for admissions in the first place. Please suggest.

No Document is required for Khaitan interaction.

I agree. Even i am having same plans. Keeping Khaitan as Plan B and looking for DPS/Amity/Somerville.

I have not chosen many, just this was my initial list:

DPS Sec 30 / Amity / Apeejay / Somerville / Khaitan / FAS / 

FAS I would have liked but it will be far from my place. 

DPS didn't come through.

APJ no so sure anymore.

Also I am not very keen at this stage to try for a new and relatively less established schools (even which have very good reviews) . I want to go for schools which have a good experience in teaching and have established themselves over the years.

I agree except APJ, Getting admission in others is not easy ( no guarantee) you can take final call later.
