Rest you can contact helpline no given .

You can check DPS Noida Group ..last year posts of June.

Rest parents are can share inputs.

It is working best with Firefox browser. Try Firefox. you can directly try link given by Sakshi in Firefox. In Chrome, Date field is not popping up.

Is the form opened for DPS sector 30 will be APPLICABLE FOR DPS SECTOR 122 also?

No,DPS Sec 122 will have separate  admission form and process.
