any one filled up form for DPS Indirapuram. We have got interaction date also once form was submitted, want to know if anyone is familiar with interaction process

Interaction date is 9th July and timing is 8:15 am. It is mentioned that they are calling everyone at same time and while parents will be attending a session  by Principal  ,kid would be taken to another area for observation. Rest few documents like birth certificate,  registration form etc are required at that time.
