DPSI>=St. Francis.( Personal Choice) both are better than Jaipuria/Cambridge as per parents first hand reviews.

Fee refund policy is school specific and changes every year as recently confirmed by parent about BB Noida.

Only Delhi has uniform fee refund policy.See below.

Contact DPSI for fee refund policy and rest final all is yours.

Rest Many New Age schools and few other schools have admissions open round the year.

For DPSI , initial charges would be retained by school incase of withdrawal , it would be approx. 60K.

There is a general assumption that kids from convent school (St. Francis or may be Cambridge) have more advantage (like being fluent in English) as compared to non convent school (DPSI). Should I consider this point or really an irrelevant assumption? My concern is if DPSI better than convent schools?

Cambridge is not a Convent.

But ST. Francis is quite sought after overall.

Yes it is irrelevant.

DPSI is sought after as it follows DPS Curriculum which is considered best.

I don't thing any school changes bus routes but do add new  bus routes.

Rest parents can share inputs.
