Anyone got DD made for DPSN? The banks are issuing a managers Cheque as it is payable in the same city . Anyone else with this ?

yes ...they are giving managers cheque. I had submitted same in Khaitan
It needs stamp if payable in other city.

If the DD is to be issued from Noida to Noida, it will be a Manager's cheque.
If it will be issued from one city to another city, it will be a demand draft.

Can anyone guide which school is better APJ or Amity? I am aware that APJ is a conventional school and lot focused on academics but unable to decide as i have heard amity is good for overall development of the child

My daughter studies in Amity and the school puts so much pressure on kids and parents, that you will really cry out. The pressure on kids is unbearable and the teacher will, again and again, put pressure on parents to teach the kids. They give daily so much homework and their pattern of teaching changes every now and then.
