Online Registration for Pre-School and Primary

Procedure for Admission to Nursery (Pre School) and KG (Pre-Primary)
Age eligibility for Nursery (Pre School) 3 years and KG (Pre-Primary) 4 years as on 31st March of the academic year for which admission is required. Fill the form online and pay the registration fee as indicated. Note down the registration number and password for further correspondence. Read all the instruction on the page carefully. Nursery admissions for the Academic year 2020-21 open for DAV Public School, Sahibabad. Forms are available only online and the Registration fee of Rs. 1000 can be paid only online through Credit Card/Debit Card. Forms will be available online from 2nd September 2019 onwards. Eligibility Criteria: - For Pre- School 3 years as on 31st March 2020 or child born between 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017 (children in other than this age group should not apply). - For Pre- Primary 4 years as on 31st March 2020 or child born between 1st April, 2015 to 31st March, 2016 (children in other than this age group should not apply). Kindly go through the admission procedure carefully before initiating the Admission procedure. Results will be mailed to you on your registered email-id.
Admission Procedure
Step 1: Online Registration
Please enter the details on the form online Note down the registration number and password for future correspondence and follow up.
Step 2: Online Payment
Use a Credit/Debit Card only to make the payment online for the processing fee.
Step 3: Printing the completed form
Take a print out of the completed application form along with the online Transaction details for documentation. Affix recent colored passport size photograph at the designated place on the form and sign it. Please write the registration number and the name at the back of the photograph before affixing. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
Step 4: Submission of the form at the school
Bring the completed application along with a copy of the proof of residence (Aadhar Card, Passport, Electricity Bill or Driving License, Voter ID) and an attested copy of the child's birth certificate (self-attested) Transport form, Medical form (Download from School website), two individual passport size photographs of parent and child , Proof of alumni (if applicable) (Class X or XII Marksheet or Pass Certificate) on the date of submission of form at the school reception. The child is not required to come to the school on the date of submission of a form. Forms will be strictly accepted only through the parents, on the date of submission. Parents are requested to cater for a time span of at least an hour to complete the mandatory formalities on the first visit to the school.
Step 5: Interaction
Date of interaction for shortlisted candidates will be mailed on registered email-id. Both parents need to attend the interaction.
Step 6: Deposition of fee
The Fee must be deposited within 4 days of declaration of the final result or else the offer of admission will be declared null and void. In such a case the child’s seat will be offered to the next candidate on the list.
Student details can be entered only once however payment can be done later on after re-logging in with same email id and password.
