Hi Ritu,

Forms are available online.  You can also visit office during 9 am to 1 pm.

i m eyeing dps indirapuram n dps vasundhara.i m expecting ryt nw..n i m due oct end.i m currently residing in meerut..n shifting to vaishali in nov end!i want to knw will it b ok if d child's father attends d interaction alone..n also wat cud b provided as aproof of resident.will d allotmnt letter of my flat do??

@swati, you need to have some  passport /electric bill/ rent deed/bsnl bill (school specific)

Allotment paper will only suffice if you can prove you are staying .

Cannt say , if its court registered and get a BSNL phone installed ( it can be done in one day) then it might work . or if your property is ready show them registry/sale deed else no option

Swati,Always better if both parents go but give solid proof if you cannot go, kid should be smart and your educational back ground matters
