Hi Anup,

Credit card bill is not a legal address proof. Please arrange for any of the one 4 proofs mentioned in their guidelines.

Sakshi/Latha/Mr. Bij,

We are currently putting up in Indirapuram in a rented accomodation. We are trying to get our daughter enrolled in some good Noida School as we have booked an apartment in Noida which will be ready by next year. Also, we had decided to shift to some place near her school till we get the posession of our apartment. Will our case be considered in Father Agnel? Currently since we are staying in Indirapuram, I'll be giving address proof of Indirapuram only.

Kindly suggest.

Hi Vandana,

My case is same as yours , just that we will get possession after three years and in Indirapuram we are staying in our own house so no plans to shift now.

Dont think any school will consider our future residence, they will be looking only at the current address.

In Father Agnel we can apply although they give more preference to Noida residents. But many kids form Indirapuram are also there. Actually FAS is my first target, its near to Indirapuram as well as our future residence in Noida. Lets c, all the best to you, may we all come out of this critical situation successfully :)

I think Noida schools are trying their best to "be different". Each one is hell bent on devising a new methodology for admission process. Now Father Agnel is asking for a soft copy of image to be uploaded and then want a hard copy of form too.

Notary attested birth certificate is unacceptable there and they want to see original proof of residence. I dont know how many people who live on rent, can produce an original copy of their rent agreement which normally is retained by a landlord.

Has anyone filled the form yet? Is is a smooth process or some surprises. I am yet to fill it up as i don't have a soft copy of my daughter's photo as of now.

Vandana, you can decide by looking at the distance between the school and your new house. Mine is a similar case, we stay on rent in indirapuram and likely to get our own appartment in Noida by next year. When I calculated the distance of the school from my new house, it came to be more than 12 kms, so it didnt make sense to fill form for this school for me. Moreover, Father Agnel has bus routes to indirapuram but not towards where we are planning to shift in Noida. So it rules out the school for me completely.
