Do the parents have to go personally to collect the forms from various schools or can they send a representative/help to get them?

Vikas, Most of the schools will give form to rep but few might ask for id proof and give to parents only(school specific)

Carmel convent at ,Malcha marg and Loreto convent near Dhaula kuan both are very good.
