2. Please do not write any prefix like Mr/Miss/Kumar/Kumari etc, before the name.  Write the correct official name only (no pet name please). Please do not change names later on.

3. Photocopy of the following documents are to be submitted along with the Form.

a) Birth Certificate of the applicant child from Municipal Corporation/Local authority should be attached to the application form. (No other birth certificate and affidavit will be acceptable).

b) Proof of residence (Passport/Driving Licence/Election Card/Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill) – any one.

c) Detailed medical reports of special need children.

d) Proof of sibling in St George’s school – (I card or diary front page).

e) Religious minority (Christian) Membership Letter from the concerned church.

f) Proof of alumni of St George’s school (XII passing out certificate).

g) Proof of single parent (Divorce papers/Death certificate/Adoption paper).

5. School will not provide transport facility to Pre-school children.

6. Documents once submitted in the school will not be returned.

The School is accepting applications from children of the economically weaker sections of the Society for new admissions. Those interested may send in their detailed applications addressed to THE PRINCIPAL, St. George’s School.

It may be noted that the applications will be accepted only from the children from economically weaker sections.

5. Income certificate in respect of parents must be issued by the SDM of the area or any other Revenue Officer not below the rank of the Tehsildar or Food and Supplies Officer, Department of NCT of Delhi.

6. School will not provide transport to students.

  6. viii)  Transfer Order / Release Letter and Joining Letter from a competent authority in support of transfer / posting in respect of parent claiming transfer points.

In case of EWS, Annual Income Certificate of the parents (in original) issued by S.D.M. of the area or Tehsildar will be required with date of issue not earlier than 31st March, 2012. (Original Certificate will be submitted in the school)

Based on the Notification No. F.DE/ACT/2012/8022-35 dated 13.12.2012 issued by the Directorate of Education regarding the admission criteria and schedule for Pre School for the Academic Year 2013-14.

The schedule of admission shall be as per the directions of Directorate of Education.

  For Economically Weaker Category children following shall be criteria for admission:-

Common application form for admission, designed and prescribed by the Directorate of Education shall be distributed to the parents of EWS Children.

Application forms received will be divided in four categories as under :-
1) Category  – A        -       0-1 Km
2) Category – B        -       1-3 Kms
3) Category – C        -      3-6 Kms
4) Category – D        -      Beyond 6 Kms.
 
  As per the directions, the Draw of Lots will be conducted for the applications under Category-A. If the seats are still available, the draw of lots will be conducted for the children under category-B i.e. 1-3 Kms.
Similarly, if the seats are still available then a separate draw of lots shall be conducted for the applicants under category C-3-6 Ks. The school shall go beyond 6 Kms., if the number of seats for the EWS remains still vacant.

The draw of lots shall be conducted in the presence of parents’ representatives and the nominee of the Department of Education shall be the observer.
