First Girl Child and Birth Certificate.

Hello,

Please advise -

Do we need any affidavit/proof for First Girl Child ? If yes, is it Non Judicial, attested by Notary.
- Do we need original copies per application or Photocopy will work?
Birth Certificate
- Do we need to attach Original Birth Certificate per application or attested Photocopy will be fine?
Does each school maintain their distance chart. If so, shouldn't address proof be sufficient else
- Who issue distance certificate?

Please see all details of affaidavit, some schools might ask to give you printout of google map for distance

Thanks sakshi! Does each school ask for original birth certificate or attested copy would serve the purpose. I checked with mcd and at a time they are not issuing more than 3 copies with name.

Few might ask for original with name printed but rest will accept attested copy

Keep 5 atleast original copies.

At the time of applying attested copy would work but at the time of admission we have to submit the original copies. And if you block the seats in more schools more copies may be needed.
