The Delhi Government may have made the picture of nursery admissions hazy again by announcing an indefinite delay, but it has cleared some confusion over guidelines related to transparency in lottery system for open seats in schools.

The DoE in its Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section has clarified on the tiny details, which had also become a reason of conflict between schools and parents after The Pioneer highlighted the prevailing confusion over the credibility of lottery system and the determinants of various parameters.

“The draw of lottery will be in the presence of parents . The process has to be video graphed as well,” said the FAQs on the DoE website adding that the parents would also be allowed to carry mobile phones during the process.

Sumit Vohra, Founder of Admissionsnursery.com who had repeatedly complained to the DoE over the confusion, said, “It is a great decision that schools have to call all general category parents while drawing lots. Had it not been done, the purpose of lottery would have been defeated.”

In the FAQs, the DoE also clarified that the twin-children will be considered in the category of sibling which will fetch them five points as per the earlier announced parameters. Besides that, it will be the prerogative of schools to determine which parents should be considered as alumni of the school. The selected candidates list will have to be submitted to the Deputy Director of Education on the same day or maximum by the next day of draw of lots in the schools.DA

DAINIK JAGRAN~जागरण संवाददाता, नई दिल्ली : नर्सरी दाखिला प्रक्रिया को और पारदर्शी बनाने के लिए सरकार ने महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया है। शिक्षा निदेशालय ने दिशा-निर्देश जारी किया है कि लॉटरी अब अभिभावकों की उपस्थिति में निकाली जाएगी। वहीं एलुमनाई के लिए अब स्कूल को आधार माना गया है, न कि संस्था को। जुड़वा बच्चों के प्रवेश को लेकर भी भ्रम को दूर कर दिया गया है। निदेशालय ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यदि जुड़वा बच्चे हैं, तो उन्हें सिबलिंग माना जाएगा और 20 प्वाइंट दिए जाएंगे। 1 निदेशालय के इस निर्णय का अभिभावकों ने स्वागत किया है। हालांकि स्थानांतरण के मामले में अभिभावकों को अब भी भ्रम है। निदेशालय ने सभी प्रकार के स्थानांतरण के लिए एक वर्ष का समय दिया है, लेकिन इसकी तिथि का निर्धारण नहीं किया गया है। अभिभावक इस दुविधा में हैं कि स्कूल इसे सामान्य वर्ष के हिसाब से मानेंगे या वित्तीय वर्ष के हिसाब से। स्थिति स्पष्ट न होने से स्कूल मनमानी कर सकते हैं। ‘एडमिशन नर्सरी डॉट कॉम’ के सुमित वोहरा का कहना है कि लॉटरी, सिबलिंग, जुड़वा बच्चों और स्थानांतरण को लेकर अभिभावकों के बीच असमंजस की स्थिति थी, लेकिन अब चीजें काफी स्पष्ट हो गई हैं। वोहरा ने बताया कि उन्होंने इस संबंध में शिक्षामंत्री और शिक्षा निदेशक को पत्र लिखा था

लॉटरी की होगी वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग

•नई दिल्ली। नर्सरी दाखिला प्रक्रिया को लेकर उपराज्यपाल के निर्देश पर जारी नियमों को लेकर अभिभभावकों में बने संशय को निदेशालय ने बुधवार को एफएक्यू (फ्रीक्वेंटली आस्क क्वेश्चन) जारी कर दूर कर दिया। इन जारी लिखित सवाल जवाबों में एडमिशन नर्सरी डॉट कॉम के माध्यम से अभिभावकों के लिए पूछे गए सवालों के जवाब दिए गए। इनमें सबसे अहम सामान्य श्रेणी के तहत एक जैसे अंक आने पर बच्चों का दाखिला करने के लिए लॉटरी की प्रक्रिया की वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग कराने का आदेश है।

निदेशालय ने एफएक्यू के माध्यम से बताया है कि स्कूलों को न सिर्फ प्रक्रिया की रिकॉर्डिंग करनी होगी बल्कि उस जानकारी को चयनित छात्रों की सूची के साथ संबंधित उपशिक्षा निदेशक को एक से दो दिन के अंदर सौंपनी होगी। निदेशालय की ओर से जारी एफएक्यू में स्थानातंरण केस में अभिभावक के स्थानातंरण के संबंध में कहा गया है कि इस में ऐसे अभिभावकों को रखा जाएगा जिनके स्थानातंरण को अधिकतम एक साल हुआ हो। वेबसाइट के प्रमुख सुमित वोहरा ने कहा कि अवधि के साथ-साथ तिथियां भी जारी की जानी चाहिए।

निदेशालय की ओर से एफएक्यू में जुड़वा के दाखिले, सिबलिंग के लिए भी जानकारी साफ की गई है। जुड़वां बच्चों में यदि एक बच्चे का दाखिला किसी स्कूल में हो जाता है तो दूसरे बच्चे को सिबलिंग में आने के कारण 20 अंक अतिरिक्त मिलेंगे। एल्युमिनाई के संबंध में सुमित वोहरा कहते हैं कि निदेशालय की ओर से यह तो बता दिया गया कि कोई सोसाइटी अपने सभी स्कूलों में एल्युमिनाई का लाभ अभिभावकों को नहीं दे पाएगी लेकिन स्कूल किसे एल्युमिनाई मानेगा इसे तय करने का अधिकार स्कूल पर छोड़ा है। वहीं निदेशालय ने यह भी साफ किया है कि नियमों के चलते अभिभावकों को मोबाइल ले जाने से मना किया जाता है, अब स्कूल ऐसा नहीं कर पाएंगे।

Congratulations for the progress

however i have some issues which may be clarified

how is is possible to be present in all the schools all the time

as evident general category has 50:50 chance of getting admitted to any school so they will apply as many as possible

also if two schools are holing lottery on the same day, how such things can be managed

kindly comment as i am not sure if i apply to only 3-4 schools that i will get admission to my son

either of parent can go its mentioned , so you and your spouse and go seperately. else you can tell your peers keep watch. more over after videography no manipulation.

Even you cannot go, your lottery will be put.

I need clarity on Twins, how they will get sibling points of 20.

Is it like neighborhood 70 points + 20 points to both twins, total 90 points? If yes, means twins have great chance to get admission in any School, as having 90 points .

Please clarify.
