Hello Lata Ji, Please tell us on which date is next hearing on nursery admissions case in Court. As last hearing was on Jan 15th, but next date has not been told. Any info on this.

HI Sakshi.
Today at What time, Do we expect any update about Case is Coming on Monday or Not ?
Yesterday you were Saying, there is a list which is also expected today.Shall we also expect the same today.If Case is coming on Monday then we can expect Final Results from HC or Still there is delima with 2 or 3 schools got relief for starting their admission process with their own guidelines ?
If there is Delay for case on Monday then when we expect admission process will start becasue as per guidelines.The Last date for submission of admission form is 31st jan 2014.
Would you advise to Rejoin our office till any result come from HC order?
Intially It was 1st jan than after 15 later on 16 from DOE and finally It got on hold till HC order.Do you think delaying on taking decisions from HC end, is directly impacting Parents stress, Jobs also on their child education system.

List of monday cases comes by 7-8 pm normally on sat evening.but we will confirm by today 7-8 pm latest (anytime after 6pm) whether case is listed for monday or not. Its matter of court,i hope you understand.

Sakshi it would be great if get the dates for Monday as we are eagerly waiting for the decision , moreover it is becoming really difficult and more confusing day by day... Kindly keep us updated

Dear Parents,
Would request you to pls suggest if the schools have initiated selling nursery admissions forms or not and if it few schools which are selling the forms as per their discretion. I am totally confused and feeling insecure about the whole situation like few other parents im sure. Prompt support will be highly appreciated. Thanks. Regards.

Also request someone to pls pen it down the list of documents which we should keep handy with us at the time of admission. And what all documents need to certified by gazetted officer. This info will help all the parents to do some homework and save time. Prompt response shall be highly appreciated. Thanks. Regards.

so whenever d date would b decided of nursary forms we will be getting at least 15 days time 2 buy d forms & 2 gt submit as it was earlier or der wud b also changes in d same???/

Hi sakshi, do we expect any information from your end about admission process?today, why don't HC considering this case on high priority. They need to understand 1000 parents waiting for decision from court,so why they taking so much time?could you please share key points with concern points waiting since long(4times) admission process got on hold?we parents always have concerns about our child than why HC not taking into consideration .
