Suresh Kumar, yes it is their right, they can very well ask it. It is possible that your child may be suffering with any special disease.

Yes that could be the case and the Schools should ask for this detail, But not at this stage. They should ask for it at a later stage while verifying the original documents for granting admission...

For EWS parents, it is disgusting and unfortunate to see that parents are just applying under EWS category irrespective of the fact that they residing 10-15 kms away. Plz do not apply without applying your brain. Fake income certificates/documents are made amounting to Rs. 34000/- annually. Corrupt attitude of EWS parents. It is unfortunate.

Dhai hazar rupe me kya gujara ho sakta he vo bhi delhi me. Shame on such parents.

You know most of the EWS category admissions are based on lottery system.

Preference is given to 0-1 kms

and if seats remains then 1.1 kms to 3kms will be considered

and if still remains then 3.1 to 6 kms will be considered

and if still remains then all remaining will be considered.

What is the meaning of applying for more than even 8 kms. EWS category parents need not to rush to the schools for applying which are more than 5 kms to you. Make the process simple and convenient for schools also.

avoid wasting your time and documents. Awaken your soul from corrupt practices for getting fake documents. Caution this may lead you in danger at any stage.

Dwarka International school and Bal Bhavan Internationa school,dwarka are asking for a postcard size family photograph i.e. mother father and child at center. Parents normally keep passport size photo and it is not possible to click family photo on the spot as child and spouse are either at home or both parents going separately to different schools to submit form at the same time.Can you guide what to do in this case.

Abhishek, what is the problem for postcard size. 10 minutes time required, take picture in your mobile and go to studio for print outs. scan and upload online. that's it. very simple.

Problem is that if both parents are working then normally we take holidays on alternate days to cover all schools form. Now when I reach to school then after seeing form come to know that they need specific postcard size photo.So that day is wasted as my wife is in her office and child is at home.So we will have to take leave on the same day. And the main concern is that if everyone is accepting passport photo then why there is a school specific rule. It must be uniform across all schools.

Hey..its an offline form .no online at all..We are getting form for 25 Rs from school reception and while submitting we need to paste a Postcard size photograph of family.Father mother and child at center.If it was online then there was no problem at all. But when you reach to school and suddenly come toknow that need a postcard photo with all 3 then its realyy a problem. Schools must accept separate passport size photo and should not force a very rare rule.
