transfer cases fraud - anybody listening-- pls help

i have known two people who have shown fraudulent transfer case in most of the schools. they have shown transfer case although their kids are studying a very reputed delhi play school in from past 18 months.. they have got admission in DPS East of Kailash, Vasant Kunj and Vasant vihar.

I seriously feel this should be stopped anyhow...am sorry guys but there should be level playing field for everyone...if we had known that this wud happen, i guess 80% of people cud have shown...you are welcome to check the background of two kids specially for DPS when the school claims they would cancel the admission if someone complains (aashiv talwar and ahaana loomba)

Yes, and their names are in DOL for schools conducting it tomorrow like Tagore, VV, The Shri ram etc

I know them personally...i think their kids are going to Ardee School, Sujan Singh Park, Delhi

The parents are based in Delhi for more than a decade and you can see their names figuring in every top school list just bcoz of transfer points...

this is not fair at all.

Ah...it hurts for the 2 kids for no fault of theirs...but if it is true then it is you parents who hv done this to your kids...
Though it is a crime which these parents hv committed, but i am against disqualification of application of these and other such kids for admission...
the better approach can be deducting these transfer points from their total score and then seeing where they stand(im sure they will maximum stand at 70 points like our children)...the wrong doings of parents should not be the reason of pulling down the children at such tender age...
No offence to anyone but just a thought without any discretion...

Its not about these two kids......there are many more such cases and the problem is this even after reporting to the schools and DOE..........no action is being taken and such cases are being considered in Draw of lots. Even on contacting the school authorities they are referring their inability to reject them as they r saying that they r not responsible to verify each and every case....and dont have enough resources for that

guys not 2-3 there are so many let me tell you one..

we came Delhi in June 2012 ..meets a family residing in delhi since last 7 yrs...their son is 5days older than our daughter...mother is working in govt school lajpat nagar and father in gurgaon...when admission forms out they came to us saying why you guys are not applying with transfer points we refused as according to doe jan2013-feb14 will be eligible...but they guys who are living here since 7yrs under transfer points and getting selected in so many schools...they use to laugh at us...for not being selected even in one school...what is our fault....Truly I am badly hurt-ed ..but not for being not selected but for the selection of those fake and fraud cases... :(
