Moving to HC

Few of us are moving to HC against DOE decision. Please lemme know by tomorrow EOD if anyone wants to be part of the group.

I think it will be fair if alumini points are removed. There is no logic behind alumini points. Except distance & sibling points there is no logic for other points. Or there should be no points system at all, only draw/lottery to decide the admission.

we must be fast.....its like they suddenly wake up at the eleventh hour and again scrap some points...why couldnt they make a comprehensive guideline in the first place...we would have applied to more school...and now one day short of the final list the points r scrapped on the logic of "malpractices" and 'illogical'...isnt ews category being misused by fake certificates...and what is the logic in alumni points...are schools a family property to be passed down the generations ...why arent these being scrapped too??? let there be a level playing field....we should act REAL FAST

Exactly charu we could have applied to more schools.we are now at double loss. This is not fair at all.

Also please fight against girl child quota. there should be no segregation on the basis of gender in co-ed schools. Girl child quota should be scrapped and added to the general pool

I agree.. The DOL should be for all 70 pointers to be fair with genuine transfer cases.

please let me know, because i today hearing hon able judge rejected the plea of alumni point raised by mr nagpal and they told it should come at different petition and

every body had right to challenge the guidelines. so we all should firm up and try to find a way for it

Dear Rahul ,

1.If the transfer points are misused then the school and other people are having lot of ways to check the fake transfer cases & that is why we all are telling that scrutinise the documents and remove the fake cases

2. There is reason behind the transfer points which almost all the states and schools are following since long time so we cant say that this points are useless.the reason may be the newcomer to the city faces lot of problems including settling in the new environment,settling in the new culture,finding the home , applying for the new gas connection, new phone and there is lot of things and atleast want security of school in which his kid is spending half of the day.I sincerely appeal all the people who are opposing to transfer points or supporting the new draw to put yourself in the other position.

3.I think there is no logic to say that if you are applying and showing proof of delhi residence then you dont become transfer case because that anybody moving to delhi will not stay at hotel or other place they will buy or rent a place and to prove that they are transfer case the transfer order,salary slips,form 16 and other doc are sufficient

There is another reason for transfer points. Transfer people would not be eligible for sibling or alumni points in majority of the cases. Hence these points.

Having said that I am not in favour of any extra points . Just want a redraw of all.

if u see the list of dps rkp, some parents are claiming both sibling and transfer points !!

They are playing with our children's future.... It was a complete mistake of DOE and now when first list was out, they are changing the rules.. This is highly unacceptable..
