Moving to HC

Few of us are moving to HC against DOE decision. Please lemme know by tomorrow EOD if anyone wants to be part of the group.

@Lalita Gouri Mitra. Well analyzed and a good solution. Court cases are not the solution. Last year I had location point and first born point still was not even eligible for lottery. Every year many parents/child are left out. This year will be the same. Even after all the cases not everyone is going to get a seat. There are not enough seats. And EWS takes 25% of it although in that there are fake cases too. So what @Lalita has said is good and practical.

Out of 100 transfered case, only 14 % before the LG notification and rest 86 after the LG notification.

There must be fresh draw of lots of all 70 point candidates else those who have been rejected due to TP points and now having 70 points will get no chance in current session.

Actually TP for those 86 % would be scrapped...they are the real frauds..legal action should be filed against them...we all r suffering for them...just misused the points...Why all genuine people are suffering...

dear all,

the effect of the new unjust and biased guidelines of the DOE wrt TP scrapping and retaining selected 70 pointers selected list, is begining to show up.. In DAV pushpanjali - 100 nos of 70 pointers were originally selected before the new guidelines and only 14 Transfer cases were there. Now these 14 nos TP cases today competed with a thousand 70 pointers for just 14 seats, where they should have been competing in approx. 114 seats. Thanks DOE..

Good that you are now feeling the pinch. 100 percent probability of un-necessary Transfer points now reduced to negligible. THATS HOW WE WERE SUFFERING. NOT EVEN CALLED FOR Draw of LOTS in MANY MANY Schools.
