This thread was started to discuss legal course of action. Dont see where that part is heading towards. I am absolutely in for removal of alumni points. Do let me know how we want to take it forward and how to proceed about this.

Answer me one question - Imaging your kid got an admission in 70 points in one of top notch school, say for ex DPS, and now think in your mind wud u still want to say u wan to get reid of alumni and do a redraw??

Stop being SELFISH..first u guys were behind Transfer cases and now Alumni, tomm Sibling,,

I absolutely agree with scrapping the points for alumni. What are we suggesting... that if u manage once to get into a school it becomes ur family property and for the coming generations only those children will study in a certain school if their parents were alumni! very disgusting.. Also Delhi is a metropolitan city where many people have come from other states. Is it our fault if we were not born or brought up in delhi. We are made to feel guilty about this. Also what about the sibling points. Are we trying to say that having a single child is a sin.......absolutely undemocratic.

This is not the first time that alumni and siblings are given preferences . And just because judiciary is asking for redraw don't put the entire blame on alumni and sibling..Even alumni will be facing draw of lots
again in many school . The only people to be blamed for this mess is fraud transfer cases.

ALUMNI and SIBLING points should be deleted.

otherwise, sibling point should be compensated with First child point.

Guys i m also in now....kab kaha plz share scrap all sibling points and restrict them in % seats rather than direct seats and complete abolish of alumini point

Now fresh redraws have started some more 70 pointers will be selected .After scrapping alumni and sibling you will again demand for redraw then again redraw and again and again . Never ending process
