Update for fellow parents on Jaipuria School Indrapuram. They have come out with a 2nd list (call it waiting list today). If anybody is intersted they can download it from their website.

Hi Kamaljeet,

Can you please me tell the factors on which you finalized Amity? Didn't you fill the form of DPSGV? Both the schools are in Vasundhara, in  your area right... Was distance the only criteria for your final selection?

I have got through both DPSGV and Amity .. Now little confused between them... We had only filled these forms..

Please give your opinion..

Hi Archana,

did you like the maintenance in DPSGV. i went to fill the form there days back...but returned back without filling because i didn't like the maintenance of the school...be it the playground or road to main building or the entrance of the building...that is very risky for kids...& then i could not see any discipline there....

Hello Archana

We filled the form for DPSGV but didnt went ahead for getting registered or attending any interaction, we just went for Amity and by God's grace were through in 1st list and that saved our anxiety.

Basically our selection was based upon some ratings from parents on this forum and some of my collegues, one of them have her one daughter in DPSGV and one in Amity-6, she is more satisfied with that of performance of Amity-6. Also, seeing the managment societies all the Amitys are run by one authority unlike various DPSs, that we had already discussed at variuos points on this forum in the past.

You are very much right in deciding for school based upon distance criteria because our decisions today will save our kids from unnecessary suffering tomorrow when we can have good options nearby.

I think you should take some time to ponder and think wisely.
