Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

I am just amazed by one fact in this lucky draw - Considering so much pain the school authorities have taken to make this process extremely transparent, what are the odds all sibling cases got lucky in this draw (I guess twins cases where ever I see Reference numbers like 21 & 22 B195, B165)?

Or is there any rule wherein any one of the twins getting selected led to automatic selection of the otherkin?

Many schools in Delhi and some other schools in NCR have this rule, that if lucky draw is done then both the twins are selected.

Rest this list is for Gen Cat, rest they have separate quota for Siblings,Staff and EWS.

Our DPS 122 interaction was scheduled for today at 8.30 am

Step I- We were given a questionnaire of two questions. One of the parent was supposed to accompany the kid and other had to fill the form .

Step II- My kid was shown pictures of fruits and vegetables, asked to identify and keep them in different baskets of fruits and vegetables. She was then given shapes to put in shape boxes. Other questions were to identify colours and patterns. She was asked to put beads in a thread(more like shoe lace). She was asked her name, school name, and asked to recite a rhyme. She was given a picture to colour. She was also asked to walk on a wooden plank and jump in and out of a ring.

My daughter was cranky since morning as she is down with cough and cold and she didn't want to go out today. But the teacher she interacted with was extremely good, very polite, smiling all the time, the way she wished my daughter good morning changed her mood instantly. She replied everything that was asked from her and was friendly with the teacher. She even showed her dance moves on the rhyme she narrated :)

Step III- Finally we were taken for parents interaction in a conference room. It was just about our family introduction, educational and professional details.

We were told that result will be communicated through email or phone after 10days.

Generally they inform within a day or two. Better you call school once and confirm.
