Hi Sakshi and all,

Can you please share the feedback of Matrikiran (Nursery). Since it is ISCE board, will there be any problem if we enroll into CBSE board school in future. Actually, we would relocate to other location after 3-4 years and do not know if any good ISCE school available there.

Secondly, do kids have difficulty in learning if board is changed (ICSE to CBSE and vice versa).
Please advise, i am confused.

Hi Amit,

In junior classes ICSE and CBSE is quite similar and children will have no difficulty switching. However in senior classes the variation is greater and also schools start preparing children towards board examinations of their respective boards from 8th so it is best not to switch then. 

I am not sure from a school policy perspective if enrollment from an alternate board is difficult or not.

Has anyone applied for LVIS? I am not seeing the registration link anywhere on their website. Plz help

Today was the last day to get forms from school or on the website. The forms were available only till 12pm today. The link is below.

oh no..I missed the dates.

Is there anyway they can allow registration tomorrow? What happens in this case ?

LVIS is quite strict. They did not even allow us in the school post 12 today to submit the form so we will have to go again tomorrow.

Hi Shilpa, LVIS is asking to submit "Attested copy of Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation(in original)".

Do they mean attested photocopy, correct ? what you are submitting tomorrow in proofs ?

Well i am submitting self attested photocopy and carrying the original just in case. Will let you know tomorrow if we face issues.

LVIS accepted self attested photocopy of birth certificate.
