ESSENTIAL POINTS FOR APPLICANTS TO TAKE NOTE OF
 Kindly use Internet Explorer (9 and above) or Mozilla Firefox( 14 and above) or Google Chrome
(20 and above ) to fill the Application Form.
 Application forms will be available online only from 09.08.18, (09:00am) to 11.08.18
(09:00am).
 Forms will be available only on first come first serve basis. Only the first 1000 applications
will be accepted. The admission link will turn inactive soon after 1000 applicants are
registered.
 It is mandatory to fill all the fields which are marked (*) in red.
 Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated and are required to come for the interaction session,
as the number of seats is very limited and it is simply not possible to accommodate all the
applicants.
 Kindly download and read the guidelines.
SELF ATTESTED DOCUMENTS THAT MUST FORM PART OF THE APPLICATION
FORM TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE SCHOOL.
1. Printout (PDF Format) of the duly filled and signed online application form.
2. A latest passport size Photograph of the Father, Mother & Child each.
3. Photocopy of the Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation or Registrar of Deaths
& Births / Local Body (mandatory).
4. Photocopy of Residence Proof (latest electricity Bill, Aadhaar Card, Telephone Bill (BSNL),
Passport or Rent Agreement, Voter I Card.
5. Photocopy of the Pan Card.
6. Photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the applicant.
7. Photocopy of the Baptism certificate & letter from the Parish Priest in case of Christian
Applicants.
8. Photocopy of the Student Id – Card in case a Sibling is already studying in the school.
9. In case of single parent (document verifying the same) is to be attached with the form.
10. In case either Parent is an Alumnus of the school, a proof is to be attached with the form.
*NOTE: The hard copy(PDF) of the form submitted online is to be submitted at the school
along with the documents only on 09.08.18 , 10.08.18 & 11.08.18 between 09:00am to 2:30pm.
The Last Date for submitting the hard copy of the form is 11.08.18, Saturday. No forms will be
accepted after the last date /time mentioned.
AGE CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY
Only Children Born between 1st January 2015 to 31st December 2015 are eligible (both days
inclusive) to be called for admission.

 A Valid personal e-mail Id for communication.
 The system will automatically generate your Username/Password when you complete and upload
your registration form adequately and the same will be sent to you through an SMS on your

1. A recent passport size Photograph of the child in jpg or jpeg format size of the photo should
not be more than 20KB.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION
1. The Management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to
give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate. (The selection procedure is designed
by a Committee and the selection of the candidate is done by the Management. Due to limited number of
seats available all applicants will not be accommodated.).
2. THE SCHOOL DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY DONATION FOR ADMISSIONS. PARENTS
SHOULD BEWARE OF THIRD PARTIES MAKING FALSE CLAIMS OF PROCURING
ADMISSION AND COLLECTING MONEY ON BEHALF OF THE SCHOOL. IF THEY
ENTER INTO ANY TRANSACTION WITH SUCH PARTIES, THEY WILL BE DOING SO AT
THEIR OWN RISK AND THE SCHOOL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. THE
SCHOOL WILL APPRECIATE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS
SO THAT PROPER LEGAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM.
3. Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. name, parents’ names, and date of birth) correctly. The date
of birth filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate issued
from the Municipal Corporation or Registrar of Deaths & Births / Local Body. No change
whatsoever will be made after the admission.
4. No telephonic enquiry about admissions will be entertained.
5. Incomplete registration forms or those with incorrect information will automatically stand
rejected.
6. If your registration form is successfully uploaded the computerized system will generate an
Acknowledgement Receipt with a registration number which you must use in all further correspondence.
The Acknowledgement Receipt will also generate an USER ID and a PASSWORD. (Please make sure
Pop - up Blocker is Turned Off, to get the Acknowledgement Receipt).
7. Status of candidates shortlisted for final interaction can be checked by using the same USER ID
and PASSWORD generated at the time of submission on 18.08.18, Saturday at 11:00am. This list
will only display those selected for the interaction with the school Principal, and the second level of the
admission process.
8. The candidates whose names do not appear in this short list, will regretfully not be part of the next
level of the admission process and their parents would be advised to look for admission elsewhere.
9. The shortlisted candidates are requested to deposit a non-refundable amount of Rs. 500 only by cash at
the time of Parent Interaction. This covers all expenditure of the advertising, admission process.
10. Forms not filled online, will not be considered, even if you submit a hard copy in the office.
11. PLEASE NOTE:
 FR. AGNEL SCHOOL IS A CHRISTIAN MINORITY SCHOOL AND PREFERENCE IS
GIVEN TO CHRISTIANS, IF THEY MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.
 NEIGHBOURHOOD APPLICANTS TOO WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY.
 50% OF SIBLINGS WILL BE ADMITTED ON PREFERENTIAL BASIS AS WELL AS

RULES AND REGULATION FOR ADMISSION
1. The Management reserves to itself the right of admission.
2. Before a pupil can be considered for admission, the Admission Pro-Forma duly filled and signed by one of the parents,
must be deposited to the school. If neither of the parent is alive or present, the lawful guardian of the child shall sign the
form.
3. The pupil appearing for the interaction should be accompanied by his/ her parents.
4. Admission is finalized strictly on the basis of interaction as per the decision of the Management and payment of the
prescribed fee made thereafter.
NOTE
1. Annual Fee is to be paid along with the 1st quarter fee before 20th April 2019.
2. Fees once paid are not refundable on any account.
3. Fees and Transport charges are subject to revision at the discretion of the Management.
4. Fees are payable quarterly in advance, by the 20th of the first month of the quarter i.e., April, July, October and
January. A fine of Rs 5 /- will be charged per day as late payment of the fees. If the fees are not paid by the end of the
month in which those are due, the name of the pupil may be struck off from the rolls of the school without further
intimation. Parents are expected to keep a note of the due dates as no reminder will be issued by the school before the fees
are due.
5. Initial payments are to be made by DD in favour of “Fr. Agnel School Vaishali” payable at Noida in the
school office at the time of admission.
TRANSPORT
1. Transport charges vary according to the Pupil’s residence.
2. Transport charges are payable quarterly for eleven calendar months.
3. A calendar months’ notice must be given before withdrawing a pupil from the bus.
4. Parents who want their children to avail of the transport facilities provided by the school shall give a written undertaking
that the school will not be held responsible for any accident, damage, injury or fatality to the students.
5. Before admission and /or shifting residence, parents should satisfy themselves that adequate transport arrangements exists
for their wards from the place of residence to the school. Change in the schedule and established route will not be permitted.
6. Parents are encouraged to avail the school transport to ensure co-ordination and safety.
GENERAL
1. Students and parents are required to follow the rules and regulations printed in the school diary.
2. A calendar months’ notice must be given before withdrawing a pupil from the school. However, full fee for the quarter
will be charged.
