can we submit the blood group report after admission or is it mandatory to submit at the time of admission?

For Khaitan, is there a form we can download for medical certificate or any format is there or is this something the school will provide.

It will be given to you at the time of admission which need to be summited on 1-3 August

They will provide you medical certificate at the time of admission then you need to submit on the dates given

Those who are filling the form for Amity..please note if you select the category as Gen and once you finally submit the form and download it..the downloaded form is showing category as SC. there seems to be some technical fault. Also there is an option of editing the form but it is not letting me move beyond parents info page. Gaurdian information has been made mandatory

Birth certificate copy of your ward, address proof, 1 photo of each for Mother,Father and child, Addhar or enrollment copy for aadhar(although not mandatory) and Rs. 2000 in cash. :)
