DPS Noida NURSERY ADMISSION
SESSION 2014-2015

POINTS TO BE NOTED

Application Form shall be available on the website ONLY from Aug. 31, 2013 (8.00 A.M.) to Sept. 07, 2013 (9.00 P.M.)
No other query shall be entertained regarding Application Form.
Children residing in NOIDA shall be given preference.
Only those short-listed, shall be called for Interaction as the seats are limited in number.

AGE CRITERIA

Children born between 1st Oct 2009 and 30th Sept 2010 (both days inclusive) are eligible.

Procedure for Nursery Admission

The Form to be submitted through ONLINE process only.
The shortlisted candidates shall be informed the Interaction Date through E-Mail from Sept. 15, 2013

DOCUMENTS to be attached at the time of Registration

(Failure to furnish any of the following documents will automatically make the registration invalid)

Photograph of Child, Mother & Father (to be pasted on the form)
A photocopy of the Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation attested by Gazetted Officer.
A photocopy of the Proof of Residence (Latest Electricity bill / Ration Card / Telephone Bill. Passport shall not be considered as proof of residence )

Can you please tell that whether Adhar card can be a proof of residence as we have prepaid electricity connection, so no bills are generated with address and passport is not considered. Also i don't hv ration card and mobile bill address is of office. Can there be any other alternative, please suggest.

Could you please confirm whether DPS Noida accepts admission from Indirapuram or not? Is it mandatory to be Noida resident to apply for admission in DPS Noida?

Refer to DPS Noida age criteria, children who complete 3 years in March 2014 would not be eligible?

As per the norms the child should be of 3 years as on 31 March of the said year. Please clarify on this...

raksha, aadhar card is now acceptable as instructed by dps society. However, you can carry other proofs as supporting docs.

Maharam ji has rent deed also been accepted who dont have aadhar card

yes, but it should be registered and these days the old rule of having completed atleast 6 months is also under revision. A person who joins the new place of duty in a short span of time and doesn't complete the stipulated duration, is also accepted subject to physical verification of the address.

The list of the docs already discussed with you is of course not exhaustive, the process to add more docs in the list is also under review. For further details, you will have to read latest amendments in RTE nearing July 2013.
