Possibly yes Vishal but as I said going by how she said it looked like she wasn't even aware there was an online registeration form. Also the announcement on the main page also does not mention about it. May be their IT team forgot to inform them about the interface to apply online :)

I have anyway collected the hardcopy so would fill it.

You are correct Vishal. Just noted this on the online form. The dates are for 2014 so this should be the form for the upcoming session only. So possibly a case of miscommunication !!

Before filling this online form you will need the following
All information specially date of birth.
Date of Birth range of Class LKG is between 01-04-2010 and 31-03-2011
i.e. 3+ years as on 31-03-2014.
Applicant's recent JPEG Photo to upload in this form.
A working email id, it will be used for further communications from school.
Contact number
Kindly submit this Admission Form to the Office along with Registration Fee - Rs. 700 for the completion of Registration.

@Shashank: They are not aware themselves..coz their online admission link has opened today only and obviously it can't be a dummy

Shasank and all,i too enquired and they told registration needs to be done and it needs to be submitted on specific date(areawise).
I feel the person answered the phone is not pretty much clear about new admission process.

Vishal, SFS is asking certified copy of parents come, education certificates during form submission itself. I thought it was required during interaction. Can you confirm.

Rajesh, that is correct. you need to submit photocopy of BC of child, Photocopy of your educational qualification & your salary slips at the time of form submission.

Can anyone tell me the approx. fees that needs to be deposited if the kid clears the selection process . I have heard it is 1 lakh above.... is it true ?
