Kunwar,DPSGV has proven track record and parents were happy with academics .But at some places i also gave Amity sec 6 >= DPSGV ( Keeping distance and future prospects in mind depending on nature of query).

Its your call .

Hi Kunwar,

I agree with Saakshi. Honestly speaking I think we as parents are giving too much weightage to brand names and deliberating too much (this includes me as well :) As long as the school has a good track record we should be fine. Most schools are good. We should categorize the schools instead of ranking them and we should also look at other factors before finalizing. Also the fact that your Amity result is not yet out and it can go either way so it will be a big risk to let go DPSGV since overall both are at par.

My suggestion is to go for DPSGV unless there are some compelling reasons otherwise.

Rest it is always a personal call.

I second Shashank..

Its all our anxiuosness that makes us dwell so deep otherwise the schools in question are at par and we should decide basically based upon the convenience of a 3-4 year old.

I ve just done with the admission formalities in DPSGV. I was given a folder containing few forms to fill up. They only took 2 pics of child, copy of BC and immunization copy. They didn't verify with the original ones. They took Rs 69150 and it was written on the form that whole amount will be refunded before 1st march in case of withdrawl excluding 25000 that is admission charges. There will be an orientation in feb and we will get a call regarding this later. I hope this will help.

Are they accepting fee in cash only ,giving the receipt?
This is a good value of transparency showed by school , appreciate and these things matter .
This attract you towards school and u will think twice before withdrawn later..

Thanks for the update Ruchi. Much appreciated. So the fees is actually 69150. Does this also include transport? Works really appreciate if you could share the breakup as well. Also are they only accepting cash?

We are planning to go over tomorrow and complete admission formalities.

Finally on a side note are you from Express Garden? I stay there.

Yes Shashank this fees include 2 mnths transport and they are accepting cash only. Breakup is given below

Annual fees was 12000 as I noted it during form submission ..
Are there any changes .
Also DA was shown 1000 was it was subject to change so no worries.

@shashank- I am also going to do admn formalities tomorrow ..I already applied in st. francis so applying it only to weigh option later

Hi Brijesh: It' 16500 only (Rs 12000 is annual fee and Rs 4500 is annual stationery fee)
