Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

No school in Ghaziabad is transparent in their selection criterion.. Basically its an elimination process instead of selection... So its a million dollar question for all schools

Archana , My concerned was more on their process as how they pick people from 1st interaction to second interaction ....as its a slot based selection (so your competition is with the person in yr slot ..) at least they should generate one list of 2nd interaction and one final list (maybe one list later depending on no. of person took admn)....we need to continuously check the login and it increases anxiety ,neither they update one is rejected so that he can concentrate on other schools..

Also they have a very bad refund policy ...
they never display/publish any fee information unless u r selected
these all thing make us feel a bad impression of school ..

How such school will make our ward learn values if they don't have any values..

on other side .. I was very impressed by Father agnel process
They will take fees only once u r selected further for 2nd interaction.
Also they informed registration fees is for money spent on admission process e.g adv etc.
It shows the transparency.

Ya Brijesh... I absolutely agree that their entire selection process was very unclear... Every time they expected us to check our login status... I got my 2nd interaction date on 10th sep... before that when i used to ask for the same, they didn't tell me the deadline for 2nd interaction and told me to check online till the end of sep (anytime it will get updated) ... Ridiculous... Same for results, they didn't tell me the final date and told me check at least for a week.

DPSGV ---entire process was very clear and declared the results were announced on a single day... But god knows why are they accepting cash... So guess its the same story for very school...

Hello Brijesh

I think 300 rs for registration taken by Amity will also go in for ADv and atleast they are not charging huge amount of 2700/- and still keeping parents in loom of uncertainity. So why bash them when excpet FAS all other schools do charge for registration, wherein i think DPSGV they are also charging 1200/-.

Regarding fee structure if you enquire from them, they are hapily giving it to you, why do they need to hide that?

One more thing when we call for transparency in all systems, then why do DPSGV is taking it all in cash and we all know what does cash transactions are in terms of transparency?, so if we are delibrately going into it we can find imperfections everywhere, and no one is perfect.

Still i would say that it is the management of schools who are at the deciding seats and we all are being steered by them, but i would humbly request you not to use harsh words like "what values will they teach to our kids if they dnt have value in themselves", just because they are following some selection criteria which we are not able to understand.

Hi Kamaljeet,

I have been to Amity Noida three times personally, I am still unable to find what is their fee structure!!!! ( HT survey says its around 90k/Annum, one my neighbour whose kid is studying in school says its 3k/month). You are lucky, if they shared the fee structure with you.

On the day of form submission I specifically asked, what is the fee structure? and the reply from the teacher was.. " we are not allowed to disclose it as per policy, you will get to know if selected in the final round".

Few More issues :

1) I find it ridiculous to wait outside the school gate in hot sun with our 2.5 year old kids. why didn't they made proper arrangements for parents and kids, they knew exact number of visitors for the day. I dont expect them to make arrangements in an AC hall, but atleast some place in shade, and not on the Road outside, even if you arrive 30 minutes before time.

2) They are running two schools in the same campus in the name of Amity Global and Amity International, one is AC, other is not, One cost 4-5lac / annum, other one under 1 lac. Other facilities in the school are shared equally or in the proportion of Fee paid by the individual? How much justified it is to differentiate kids in the same building, based on the FEE their parents are able to pay..????

3) Why cant they communicate? if they can update results on website, why cant they send an Email, a SMS?

These are indeed Issues related to values. and enough reasons for me NOT to appear in the second round even, we are assigned a slot on 26th Sep.

Gone are those days when Schools could take you for a ride.. We now have options, rather better options. Its time we take a test of school and its teachers, because its our kids whose future is at stake. School has nothing to loose, So Scrutinise the schools, don't let them scrutinise you. Schools like Shiv Nadar are happy to adopt this methodology, even today. So which shcool has got better values.

Any guesses at what price AMITY managed to buy the Ranking in HT survey..!

My thought regarding 1st round are same, as they cant open the gate for the to be wards and their parents in such a hot season.

Disliked the school at the same time and never waited for the result.

Thanks for your eye-opening sharing of your experience, but then as i said its your experience, so mine was perfectly excellent and that too with Amity sec-6, not the branch that you are talking about. So why would i rate a school on a second hand experience when i myself have a very good first hand one. I am not trying to defend anybody since its not me who is getting any advantage. It just wanted to convey that it would be better if we just try to convey our experiences rather than tagging the schools "bad" on their values. Since no teaching method tries to instill bad values as far as i understand.

So inspite of taking a dig at the cost they paid for buying HT survey, we should rather concentrate on what we want and do we get it, and its true that being a customer to school we are the ones to decide what thing we want, so i dnt think they are coming and compelling you to associate yourself with them, if they dnt stand good on your parameters leave them but atleast try to have a better choice of words for something like "school" if not you others are going to that place for sure.

Hi Brijesh,

Met a parent at DPSGV today and he opined that one factor at Amity could be the work experience and current status. His wife was a homemaker (so is mine although only now since she is an ex teacher). Makes sense since they are very specific about parents work experience certificates and they did ask my wife is she "not working".

May not be a case with everybody but certainly "food for thought".

BTW, did you complete DPSGV today as well?
