Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

See I m not telling everyone that things are negative about GIIS, even we & our friend kept is as a backup but When I visited the school for second time with my husband I felt that the school don't have much strenght & randomly I had a thought that I won't send my child to a school which is so "khali types". Other then this nothing is bad. And as it is a new school they will take the admission anytime.

There is nothing very negative about it but its a very new school, no strength in the school, playground is too small, basketball & other grounds are indoor and above all no academic record till now . I feel if the school is so new & empty its not safe even to send our kid there spclly if its girl child. This is purely my view as I felt this after visiting the school twice & I have a daughter so will not prefer if she goes to school which is so " sunsaan types" :)

Dr Kriti,Global Genesis would be my first recommendation else GIIS

If you want traditional then Amity >KIS

Does amity ve ac classrooms? Someone told me they don't. Also that they don't provide meals?
Have you made your choice for your kid?

Yes no AC classroom, no AC transport, No meals.

Dr Kriti,

You said Pre-Nursey.. and Not Nursey.. Right... So is it Amity Noida or Amiown... Amiown as much as I know have AC Classrooms which Class Strength of 24 or 26 kids each.. Rest of the Amity Classes are non-AC I believe....

If you are only talking about Pre-Nursery and Not Nursey.. and depending on distance from your home... I believe GIIS should be good and if you can invest the money.. Genesis Global is a "good" option... Also for Pre-Nursey.. if you are going till Global Genesis.. try SBS (Step By Step) as well.. as it is the best rated school from last 3 years and they move their kids from Pre-Nursey to Nursery... So, next year you will be almost tension free like we all are presently..

Yeah, pre nursery. Unfortunately my Dec born kid is not eligible for SBS,that would ve been my firstchoice. And i heard they are not accepting nursery and pre nursery admissions for last two years?
The school nearest to us would be amiwon n kis as we are in sector 25.
I liked genesis too but its very expensive. GIIS seems to ve mixed reviews (read the comment above yours)
As i thought amiwon was ac,rest of the school is too but i was misinformed.
So i can't really decide.

Dr Kriti,

SBS - for PreNursey.. Is she Dec 2011 born? They need min 2.5 years as of March2014 for Pre-Nursey. They dont take admissions in Nursery - unless you have some "big" jack.

I personally feel you shouldn't be that much worried then. If talking only abt Pre-Nursery and since you are staying in 25.. I feel for your case.. Amiown and GIIS.. both are equal. If you have seen Amiown.. their Area is very much limited for Amiown kids. I like Sakshi Ji, feel GIIS is a better option... and then in Nursery.. you may continue or change as per the options at that time....

PS: I am just another Parent ... so you may also do some research from your end and then decide.

Dr Kriti, Why do you want to send your kid so far from home just for pre-nursery. There are lot of schools near sec 25 like kidzee and many local ( but good) playschool.

I would prefer to put him in a K12 school so that we don't ve to be in queue for the nursery admissions again next year.
aNd amity n kis are not too far.
Just can't seem to decide upon the school though.
Amity has proved itself on academics and its a 15 year or set up.
Kis is 7 year old set up and yet to proud on academics. Although all the parents i met at kis were quite satisfied.

Dr Kriti, Have you checked that students of Amiown are automatically admitted to nursery in Amity and you don't need to re-apply. Just make sure that before choosing Amity. Please also update the forum with your finding.

Amiown takes most of the kids to Amity... but not all.. I have heard cases of Amiown Noida whose kids were not taken in Amity Noida....
