Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

First of all don't be disheartened since this is a part of the this whole admission procedure. Well to be frank I too felt very disappointed when my kid could not make it to Amity(PG) but later thought that there must be something good planned for us & as a result we got DAV 14 now. Who know there may be a waiting list wherein you may be called later in case no one turned up at later stage.

Infact, if you have filled form in Amiown then I feel there may be a better chance since by the time they will be out with their results, most of the parents would have got admission of their kids done in other schools.

Secondly, in case you have not filled the forms anywhere else & this time you were trying to get Nursery admission then if possible continue in the existing school & try next year again for DPS, DAV, Salwan etc. or else if you want you may look out for other existing options who may also get admissions done now.

So just don't get upset & try to look out for more possible options.

You may check out with following schools wherein admission may still be open :

- Shri Ram ( startig from 1st Oct,13 onwards)

- Indus valley

- Heritage

- GDG,Sec48

- Ridge Valley

- Gurgaon Valley

- Matrikiran

- Little Millenium

- Summer Field

Manav Rachna is good with there progresive learning. you can try that. MRIS i have heard is good. use smart class to teach kids. its admission is open.

dont be upset rashim some school even take kids after admission is over. just be in touch. or try to find in respective schools you have applied. is your child in waiting list. in gurgaon lot of transfer kids get admission so the shifting of students is frequently. so keep trying. all the best.

Hi Everyone, i want your suggestions please, my kid is born in oct-2010 eligible for nursery in most schools but we have filled form for only two school DPSSSL and DAV-49 however we cannot make on both of them,pls tell me now in which school i can try as we live in sec-38.any school where he get holistic growth and not too expensive school.please tell me the fee structure of amity sec-46 as well?

@Anju,

However, you may try for Shri Ram school but following may be your concern :

- I presume it's ICSE board & not CBSE board ( you may get it verified )

- Distance from your home to school

Manav Rachna may be the 2nd option.

You may also look out for Amiown (Amity,Sec46) wherein chances are there, that you may get few seats left.

Regarding Amity,Sec46 the fees is not clear so you may have to check with other parents.

As per my suggestion you may try if there are any chances of getting admission in good schools at later stage ( just in case seats are left which comes up after 1 month) or continue with same ongoing Preschool for Nursery/KG ( if applicable in your case) & try for some good school next time.

Thanks Harihar for your suggestions. if i will wait for next year then is my son have to repeat nursery class? he is in play school now in southcity-2.i m looking for a good school with daycare facility. what is the feedback of salwan school sec-15?

@Anju,

Yes, most probably your son may have to repeat Nursery if you try for majority of the schools in gurgaon. However I believe this may be avoided in case you try for Amity whose age criteria is little bit different as compared to other schools.

In my case also i am getting my son (presently studying in Aadharshila-preschool in South City-2) repeat Prenursery next year for which i filled forms in Amity, Salwan & DAV. In case i get in Amity then we may go for Nursery next year or else in case of Salwan /DAV we will have to go for Prenursery only.

Salwan,Sec15 is a good established school with nice feedback about their Academics/Sports/Extra curricular activities. You may go for it in case you get shortlisted there but i dont think they have day care facility. May be you will have to look for more options in case you are particular for day care facility.
