CONVENT OF JESUS AND MARY

GENERAL NORMS FOR K.G ADMISSION-2017

 

1.   Convent of Jesus Mary is an English medium Catholic School for Girls, established by the Congregation of Jesus and Mary. It is an Unaided Private Christian Minority Institution catering to children of all communities with a special responsibility for the education of Christians.

2.   Girls born between 01.04.2012 and 31.03.2013 will be eligible for admission to KG 2017.

3.   The registration forms are available. ONLY ONLINE on our school website  i.e www.cjmdelhi.com  for payment of Rs 25/- from 02nd  January, 2017 to 31st January 2017. (Time between 09.00am to 04.00pm)

4.    The complete form in all respect should be submitted online and Hard copy of the same along with all enclosures should be attested and submitted at our school office from 03.01.2017 to 31.01.2017 in the letter box marked <APPLICATIONS-KG> between 9.00am to 10.00am.

i) PROOF OF AGE:     a)  Municipal Birth Certificate.

                                     b)  Baptismal certificate for Catholics and Christians and letter from the Parish

                                         Priest that you are a regular member.

ii)    Proof of Parent as Old CJMite:  School leaving certificate/ Board Certificates of classes X & XII of Mother.

ii)    Proof of Residence: A photocopy of Electoral ID Card/Passport/Telephone Bill-MTNL Landline.
 

5.   There will be no test or interview of the applicants or their parents. Weightage will be given according to the following criteria.    

       i)  The weightage is without prejudice to the school constitutional right to give preference to children from Christian Community.

 

      ii)              NEIGHBOURHOOD                                                                                POINTS

             a)       Up to  3km                                                                                                    25pts

             b)       More than 4 up to 5 km                                                                                20pts

     iii)              Siblings                                                                                                         15pts

     iv)              Children of Alumni                                                                                        10pts

      v)              Staff                                                                                                              10pts

 

6.     Minority schools are exempted from the ambit of RTE. 

7.     No special facilities are available for children with special needs.

8.     No recommendations will be entertained; it will only lead to disqualification.

9.     NO DONATIONS ARE ACCEPTED. Parents are warned against dealing with any person who might approach them for a        “DONATION” or a “Professional fee” to guarantee admission for their child.

10.  The school reserved the right to reject application forms with incomplete or false information.

11.  Bus facility will not be available for Pre-Primary children.

12.  Please note that number seats in this school are limited.

13.  The list will be displayed on notice board on February 15, 2017 at 02.30pm

 

Terms and Conditions for Online Payments

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the online service for payment of School Fee for Convent Of Jesus & Mary . Please read the terms and conditions carefully. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by authorizing a payment through the online payment service. Convent Of Jesus & Mary reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You should therefore re-read the terms and conditions each time that this service is used.

The following is a summary of the key terms of this service:

• Convent Of Jesus & Mary enables users to pay school fee online through e-Care portal of parents of Convent Of Jesus & Mary. Online Services are provided through a secure website using Franciscan e-Care online payment system. All such Online Services shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions for Online Services, and the Terms of Use of the Convent Of Jesus & Mary's portal, which are incorporated herein by reference.
• Convent Of Jesus & Mary shall be entitled at any time without prior notice or any liability to you, to cancel or suspend the Online fee payment services and/or to substitute alternative services, which may or may not be interactive or transactional in nature.
• The credit card information supplied when using this service is processed by the payment gateway of the service provider and is not supplied to the school. The only information supplied to the school is the name of the payer, the invoice number and the amount of the payment. It is the sole responsibility of the user of this service to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields is correct. It is recommended that you take and retain a copy of the transaction for record keeping purposes, and to assist with the resolution of any disputes that may arise from use of this service.
• Your payment will normally reach the Convent Of Jesus & Mary account to which you are making a payment within two working days.
• In respect of any failed transactions of any of the Customers, processed through this service, the transaction failure charges payable if any to the Participating Banks, in respect of the failed transactions shall be charged additionally.
• While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, School is not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to:
• lack of authorization for any transaction/s,
• exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank/s",
• any payment issues arising out of the transaction,
• decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

The fees to be paid by the Customer/Parent shall be computed and paid as specified herein below:

• Payment may only be made with Visa/MasterCard credit/Debit cards or Net banking.
• Convent Of Jesus & Mary does not charge any processing fee or service charges from the students for online payment. However, the students have to pay the charges as applicable by the Payment gateway Service provider.
• Service Tax and other tax / taxes if any applicable, will be charged in addition.(to be collected from customer)

Transaction Processing Fee to be collected from the Parents -

Refund Policy

In case of an error found in online fee payment given below, amount will be refunded.
 

PRINCIPAL

 

• Net Banking Facility Fee Rs.30 /- of the Transaction Amount
• Credit Card Gateway Facility Fee ( Visa / Master) 1.40% of the Transaction Amount
• Debit Card Gateway Facility Fee (Visa / Master) 1.30% of the Transaction Amount
  • During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
  • The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction
  • Payment gets debited twice due to server error..
