Thanks Neha for the concern. Santa Maria is > 13 KM from my home and I am looking for schools within 10 KM radius. So it may not be my choice. Also if you see their criteria they also prefer only neighbourhood children.

For Birla Vidyaniketan, the form is only to be submitted online. Is physical submission of the form also required? Please confirm.

Sale of forms:- Tuesday, 10 January’ 2017 to Tuesday, 31 January’2017. (Both online and offline) For offline, parents can collect forms from the School Help Desk between 9.00 am to 2.30 pm (on all working days).
Submission of forms (Online/Offline) (along with all documents mentioned) : – Tuesday, 10 January’ 2017 to Tuesday, 31 January’2017, 9.00 am - 2. 30 pm (Both by hand/can also be registered ONLINE as well) if submitting by hand, the same to be done between 9.00 am to 2.30 pm on all working days.
Display of lists of applicants: – Friday, 10 February’17 .(Please Check the school Notice Board/Website for details).
Display of list with scores etc- Monday, 20 February’17 .
Display of first list of provisionally selected candidates (with the waitlist):- Tuesday, 28 February’ 17 from 6:00 am onwards. (The same will be displayed on the School website as well as notice Board).

Admission Procedure:-

For admission to Pre-Primary the child should have completed 4 years as on 31-03-2017.
Incorrect or false information will automatically disqualify the candidate.
The registration form duly filled and received by the school office does not guarantee admission.
The list of selected candidates is put up on the school notice board for the admission procedure to be completed within the stipulated time.
Admission after the date specified by the office will not be considered under any condition.

The admission slip given by the office after completion of admission formalities, must be brought on the first day of school and handed over to the office.

Today I went to submit the form @ Banyan Tree School. The receptionist literally refused to take the form because my daughter is 4+. When I said that according to DOE you have to take the form its my discretion when I want my child to join school. On the form she wrote "OVERAGE", I feel that they will not even consider our application.
