Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2026-27

You have to submit zerox of attested vaccination record from birth plus schools specific medical (or general) that child is healthy and does not suffer any allergy types from your family doctor.

Some schools will insist from Govt Hospital ..nothing to worry.

Plus any other form (school specific)

Hi Parents,

Regarding medical certificate last year when i applied for admission, our childs's doctor wrote on her letter head stating that she has examine the child ( name of the child) and he / she is medically fit to attend the school. The doctor need to sign that.

With that letter attach the vaccination chart.

Submit the zerox as suggested by Sakshi.

Thanks Rakesh for the info. I have checked the website of DPS as I am applying in that school and found that they have four parts of medical. Do we have to fill out all the forms parts for medical certificate.

Only for DPS Mathura they have provided format else a medical fitness certificate will be enough.

Dear Sakshi,

At Tagore International (vasant vihar) I have faced some issue. This is regarding residential proof. I have attached my Aadhar card as address proof but School admin told me that I need to produce additional document to prove that i am living on the same address from past 1 yeear. they said on Adhar card issuing date is not mentioned hence we cannot solely take this as residential proof. They are asking Utility bill in support of my residence proof. I don;t have any Utility bill with me from that address. Please suggest what to do. Although on their admission website it is cealary mentioned that Adhar can be submitted as residential proof.
