No other criteria given for infant childs. and according to my information child interview is not yet taken by staff and this information was also not yet shared on notice board.

It was just formerly introduction with child at the time of submitting the forms.

if  the court observed that it is “unable to appreciate that a student’s educational fate can be relegated to his position on a map!”.

How a student's educational fate can be relegated to having or not having elder brother or sister in same school i.e. sibling ?

How a student's educational fate can be relegated to his/her parents have studied or not in same school i.e. Alumni ?

How a student's educational fate can be relegated to gender i.e. girl child or not girl child?

Very True Deepakji .For parents like us who are not alumni, no sibling and have a male child admission in a good school is very difficult.

Sibling and Alumni Cateria should be removed. 

It's affect in the long term.

Yes, I too agree with this and because of these 2 and third criteria of Staff child, most of the children are not getting admission anywhere and finally they have to go to the same playschool for one more year.. very disgusting that no government has taken any actions against these schools...

yes, very true.. i am suffering from same situation, last year my son didn't got through and this year also things are not at all looking on preferable side, i am not able to submit forms in the three near by schools because my son will be 4.2 yrs at the time of  admission and being male child without sibling or alumni support no chance seems to get through this year also. don't know what gonna happen.
