In the DOE list of schools zone wise with criteria, we can see the name of st francis de sales janakpuri, but not father peter mermier which is the preschool branch. should we assume they are the same.

Except the EWS, staff wards & Management quota seats, for all other categories 50% seats will be given to boys & 50% to girls.
The remaining seats if any, of B,C,D will become open seats.
There will be no interaction with parent/child.
No prospectus will be sold. Only Registration Fee of Rs.25/- will be charged.
There will be no weightage for parent's educational qualification, occupation or financial status.
Distribution/ Receipt of forms will start from 2nd January 2017 till 23rd January 2017.
First list of provisionally selected candidates alongwith waiting list will be displayed at 2 pm on 15th February 2017.
Queries of parents, if any, will be resolved through email (bbpsgr.admission@gmail.com) between 16th February 2017 to 18th February 2017.
Second list of candidates (if any) will be displayed on 28th February 2017.

For admission to EWS and Disadvantaged Categories rules framed by DOE will be followed.

Q1. What is the Admission Procedure in Pre School? Ans. Kindly visit our school website.

Q3. Whether there is a draw of lots? Ans. Yes, in case of a tie of points.

Q.4 What is the age criteria? Ans. 3-4 years on 31.03.2017 i.e. born between 01.04.13 to 31.03.14

Q.5 What is the mode of payment of Registration Fee? Ans. Mode of payment is to be done through DD/PO/On-line Payment

Q.6 When is the Registration Fee to be submitted? Ans. Submission of registration fee is to be deposited along with the registration form.

Q7. What are the documents required at the time of admission?

Ans. Documents to be attached with Application Form to be filled in by the selected candidates after the verification of original documents. (i) Photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate of the child (MCD only). (ii) Photocopy of proof of residence eg. ration card having the name of the child, electricity bill, passport, Aadhar Card, voter ID, house tax receipt ,MTNL Telephone Bill, Domicile certificate of the child or his/her/Parents.(any two in the name of child’s parent),Parents aspiring for admission are advised to obtain Adhar Card number of the child as the same will be required at the time of admission if selected. (iii) Recent passport size coloured photograph of the child to be affixed on the form. (iv) Proof of Old Student of BBPS i.e. photocopy of Class XII/X SLC with minimum of 5 years of stay in school (parents) if applicable. (v) Alumni Registration ID of the parent. (vi) Proof of sibling (real brother / sister only) studying in the school i.e. photocopy of the latest fee slip and Report Card of the elder child studying in BBPS,GRH Marg/ Pusa Road Campus.

Q.8 When are the documents required? Ans. Documents are required only when the child is selected and called for verification process.

Q.9 What is the last date for submission of Registration Form? Ans. Last date for submission of form is 23.01.2017.

Q.10 What is the fee structure? Ans. Fee structure for session 2016-17 can be viewed under guidelines for parents under parent zone on website. For 2017-18 fee structure is yet to be decided.

Q.11 When will the final list of selected candidates be put up on the school notice board and school website? Ans. List of selected candidates along with Waiting List will be displayed on 15.02.2017 at 2 pm.

Note:

It has two campuses, one from Class IV to XII at Ganga Ram Hospital Marg and the other Pre-School & Pre Primary (Montessori) to Class III at Pusa Road

In format of first born child affidavit on this forum we have to mention school name in the affidavit. it means we have to make different affidavits for all schools.A single affidavit cant do for all schools.
