 Kindly read the instructions carefully before proceeding for online registration.  Admission process is in accordance with the notification NO.F/DE/15/1031/ACT/2016/12668 dated 07/01/2017 of Additional Secretary, Education, Govt. of NCT. (Click to read)

 For General Category, only online registration will be accepted.  Please note, no capitation fee is charged nor any donation accepted for admission. Any complaint or grievance in this regard may kindly be immediately reported by email to the Principal at principal@lancersconvent.net

 Essential Documents Required : 1. Birth Certificate issued by MCD with the name of the child printed on it.(Laminated DOB certificate will not be accepted) 2. Proof of residence (Any of the following) 1. Ration card issued in the name of parents (mother / father having name of the child) 2. Domicile certificate of child or of his / her parents 3. Voter Identity Card (EPIC) of any of the parents 4. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child 5. Aadhaar / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents 3. For Sibling-A copy of Fee Receipt issued by the school office for the Academic Session 2016– 2017

 Procedure of Admission Process for General Category : Steps Description 1. Willing parents will get their ward registered online through school website www.lancersconvent.ac.in 2. Printed registration form, self attested copies of all relevant documents and Rs. 25/- as registration fee is to be submitted at the school counter. 3. Out of the total applications from the first neighborhood range of 0-1 Km, the school will first give admission to all siblings. If the applications of sibling category, in neighborhood range of 0-1 km are in excess of the seats of General Category, the draw of lots of all sibling applications (which have residence within 1 Km), will be conducted to admit the candidates against the number of available seats. 4. If seats still remain vacant after exhausting sibling applications, the school will admit the candidates from remaining applications of neighborhood range of 0-1 Km. A draw of lots will be held in case number of applications is more than the vacant seats. 5. In case the total applications of 0-1 Km is less than the number of seats of General Category, and vacancies still remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the distance range of 0-1 Km, the applications from the second distance range of neighborhood of 1-3 Km will be considered in the above manner. 6. If vacancies still remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the distance range of 1-3 Km, the applications from the third distance range of neighborhood of 3-6 Km will be considered in the above manner. 7. Students residing beyond 6 Km will be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 Km after following the procedure as mentioned above. 8. In case of twins, if one child gets a seat in the draw of lots, his / her twin sibling will automatically get a seat. 9. A waiting list of 300 candidates will be prepared. 10. The first list of selected children and wait listed of 300 candidates will be displayed on school website and at the school notice board. Both the parents along with the child have to come to school for completing the admission formalities. Parents should bring the following for completing admission formalities : 1. All original documents for verification. 2. Cheque for the payment of admission fee and fee of 1st quarter i.e. April 2017 to June 2017  In case any information submitted by the parents at the time of registration is found to be forged at any stage; the admission of the candidate will automatically be cancelled. 11. After assessing the vacancies post admission process for the first list; a second list of selected candidates from the waiting list will be released as per the schedule. 12. Admission process will close on 31st March 2017

gyan bharti/ amrita vidyalayam/ Birla vidya niketan forms filled online. Do we need to submit the hard copy of the form in school, with the related documents. It is not clear at website.

Hi, this is for the information of all parents,

Those who have filled online forms for Vasant Valley, Fill it again, I Just checked with the school, they said we need to fill the form once again online. and our old submitted forms will be invalid now.
