Among most after n yes its hindi medium till 5th but alumni spoken english is better or par with any convent school alumni.

Hi Sakshi,

Could you please provide me the affidavit format which is applicable only for girl child, not for first born / single child.

As per " Common Affidavit Format For Girl/ First  Born" it  was specified the below -

2. That I declare that __________________ is our first born(Boy /Girl) child /

and he/she does not have any elder sibling.

As per "'Some schools had given following format for Girl Child"', it was specified the below-

2. That deponent declares that XYZ is our first born girl / Boy /Single child and she does not have any sibling. She is the only child we have.

Basically both the format are for first born child.

Whereas my girl child is my second child  and my first child is boy, I can't given the above declaration.

Your early positive reply shall be highly appreciated.

Your notary will have the format n some are school specific (no worries)
