A) Criteria for Neighbourhood:

Admission shall first be offered to students residing within 1 km of the school.
In case the vacancy remains unfilled, students residing within 1 to 3 kms of the school shall be admitted.
If there are still vacancies, then the admission shall be offered to other students residing within 3 to 6 kms of the school.
Students residing beyond 6 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 kms area.

B) Process of Admission within Neighbourhood:

The school shall first segregate the applications having residence within the first neighbourhood range of 0-1 km.
Out of the total applications from the first neighbourhood range of 0-1 km, the school shall first give admission to all siblings.
If the applications of sibling category within 0-1 km are less than the seats of General Category and if seats still remain vacant after exhausting sibling’s applications, the school shall admit the students on the basis of draw of lots from the remaining applications received under the neighbourhood range 0-1 km.
In case the total applications of 0-1 km is less than the number of seats of General Category , and vacancies still remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the distance range of 0-1 km, the applications from the second distance range of neighbourhood of 1-3 kms shall be considered in the above manner.
If vacancies still remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the distance range of 1-3 kms, the applications from the third distance range of neighbourhood of 3-6 kms shall be considered in the above manner.
The applicants residing beyond 6 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 kms after following the procedure as mentioned above.

3. Registration:

Online Registration form is available on the school website: www.ShreeRam.in
The candidates can register their names at the admission counter of the school on all working days from 10th January, 2017 to 31st January, 2017 between 8.30 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. on payment of Rs.25/- only.
The filled in forms should be deposited in the office of the school upto 31st January, 2017, till 1:00 p.m. on all working days.
The filled in application form should contain the attested photocopies of the documents as specified in the Government order.

4. Documents Required (for valid proof of residence):

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM FOR PRE-SCHOOL (NURSERY)

 All fields marked * on Registration form are compulsory also upload the passport size photograph of the student as well as parents.  An incomplete registration form will automatically be rejected.  After completing the registration form, click on SUBMIT to upload the form. You will get an auto generated acknowledgement receipt with a user ID and password on it. These are to be used for any future references.  Download the filled-out form along with the acknowledgement receipt. I. GENERAL GUIDELINES

There are no interviews for admissions to Preschool and Preprimary classes.
The school does not conduct any kind of interview of the parents. However, there may be an informal interaction with the parents and the child.
For admission in class II to IX, the student should have passed the preceding class. Report Card and Transfer Certificate are to be attached with the Registration form along with a copy of the Birth Certificate and Address Proof.
After the submission of Registration form, the children seeking admission from class 1st onwards will be called for a written test to check his/her basic knowledge of previous class.
Submission of application form does not guarantee admission to the school.
The decision of the school authorities is final and binding. Any false or incorrect information furnished may jeopardize selection and enrollment.

Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC.
Migration Certificate is required for the admission in Std. XI for the students from Board other than CBSE.
Report Card or Identity Card of elder child in the same school to get Sibling points.
Incase of foreign nationals, the following documents need to be submitted at the time of registration:
1) Copy of residence proof
2) Copy of passport
3) Copy of student visa
4) A letter from the embassy stating the details of the child’s parents/ guardian.
In case of applicant with special needs; a copy of Certificate of Disability from a Medical Officer of Government Hospital.
In case of single child, parent will give an undertaking.
In case of girl child, parent will give an undertaking.

VI . FEE AND PAYMENT

The information on the fee structure can be accessed by visiting the school between 9am to 2pm.
Parents have an option to pay the fee on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly basis.
• The school fee payment can be made through crossed cheque / Demand draft / Pay order in favour of RICHMONDD GLOBAL SCHOOL/Online through NET BANKING, Paschim Vihar as per rules.
