This is totally bizarre and unprecedented. They are probably considering you for a seat under management quota in my opinion.

Last year also Cambridge NFC called few parents and offered seat free of any donation  from their  management quota ( after seeing the profile of parents but all were not selected)

It has quite positive reviews n quite sought after

DPS /Bluebells are more sought after than  Cambridge NFC > Banyan Tree .

But here focus is on holistic growth n DPS is mainly academically based

Yes the senior branch in Srinivaspuri is a premier institution.

The Sovereign School, Rohini is asking for Annual Income of parents in application form.

Also, most of the school form have parent qualification & Occupation column in the form

Already highlighted in media (in leading english n hindi newspapers) , notice sent to more than 350 Schools by education min as per media sources.
