Any updates on SPV Verification process . I guess they are verifying the credentials of 60 parents per day.

Good evening all parents and moderators
I have a query,it will be very helpfull of you to provide some information.I was really hopefull of gettin shortlisted in spv as i live within a km. Of school and was applying for my first born girl. but unfortunately could notget through.my query is it not compulsory as per rule to display points secured by each shortlisted candidate while displaying the list.

Hi Akhil , in my opinion all the parents that have been shortlisted have probably been selected on the virtue of being an alumnus or sibling or proficiency in 4 languages as all these carry 10 marks each or more whereas there is no difference in the points of those who live within 8 kms and only a very miniscule difference after that.

I am confused with this 4 language criteria. I understand that most of us would know hindi and english. Third can be gujrati, punjabi etc etc. How many parents would know 4th language? Aint this thing of knowing 4 languages too harsh for a mandatory criteria?

Last year also they had not displayed the points of shortlisted candidates , probably they have that liberty by virtue of being a minority school.

Sakshi I know that so far we haven't got any information on the current verification Protocol and process in SPV but as per your knowledge from previous years and what has been posted on this forum ; can you give us a rough idea on how they test the language part ....only documents or there is a written/oral test.
