Lotus valley, Heritage,DAV public, Blue bells, Amity international.
Lotus valley tops my list so far as I hvnt heard or read even a single -ve about it but they are way to expensive.
And I am skeptical about the below schools
DPS-somehow I don't get +very vibes though much sought after. They are too over crowded can't believe DPS Rk puram has class sections till 'Y' and each section has approx 45+ students
Ryan & Manav Rachna-HV got mixed reviews, so am confused
Suncity-is in news this year for wrong reasons of child sex abuse, bad & irresponsible management
Salwan- not sure if its on the same level as Salwan in Delhi on academics front.
Please suggest and share feedback on these schools or others. If anyone can share last updated fee structures of these schools, it would be a great help.
Thanks

Anushka Panda topped the CBSE Class 10th Board exams this year in the differently-abled category in India with 489 marks out of 500.
A student of Suncity School, Sector 54 Gurgaon, Anushka scored 97.8 per cent marks in the CBSE Class 10 results which were declared a while back today.
Being wheelchair-bound did not hinder her from fighting her way to success.
Fourteen-year-old Anushka suffers from spinal muscular atrophy.
SMA (spinal muscular atrophy) is a genetic disease that robs people of physical strength by affecting the motor nerve cells in the spinal cord, affecting the ability to walk. Being wheelchair-bound did not hinder her from fighting her way to success.
"We, at Suncity School, are very proud of Anushka. The focus that she possesses is rare to find in other children. She is determined and does not allow any obstacle to overpower her," said Rupa Chakravarty, Principal, Suncity School.
"She is very focused and her benchmarks are very high. She is an inspiration for all of us. What she has achieved many other students would not be able to achieve with all the elements," the principal added.
The chess-lover wants to be a software engineer
A resident of Sector 67, Gurugram, Anushka loves playing chess during her leisure hours and aspires to become a software engineer.
"I am thrilled finding on my hard work has paid off. It is really a big moment for me. I was really nervous before the results," an elated Anushka said.
What was Anushka's success mantra?
"I was consistent in my preparation from Day 1 itself. I would like to thank my school which has been extremely supportive. Since I am a special child, my school ensured that I was provided with a special infrastructure to write my examination," said the CBSE topper.
'Her excellent performance in the board examination is a testimony to her determination and perseverance'
Anushka's parents are equally beaming on their daughter's success.
"I am proud of my daughter. Her excellent performance in the board examination is a testimony to her determination and perseverance," said her father, Anup Kumar Panda who works for a company at Bhiwadi.
Anushka's mother Archana Vashist Panda is also working with a private firm in Gurugram.
Number of differently-abled candidates who scored above 90 and 95 per cent marks

in responding to the parents queries.
I missed thd dates for DAV Sector 14 and DPS Sector 45 for admission to Nursery.
Also, I am inclined towards American Montessori (DLF Ph 2) as its fee is relatively lesser (have twin sons and therefore all my expenses are double) and its an old school, almost 20 yrs now in Gurgaon. I did not see a lot of feedback on this forum and elsewhere on the internet. Any idea how this school is? One aspect which I found awkward was that the buses don't have AC. May be I am trying to read too much into it, but since the school doesn't have any feedback available online, so even the smallest of 'out of the place' things catch my attention.
PS: I have an offer from SunCity and need to deposit the fee by tomorrow i.e. 24th Aug by 2 PM to secure admission.
Thanks,
Mohit.

Lotus, DPS. I am not keen on Suncity ....is also low on my list.
Also my preference will be to go for a prenursery that gives direct admission to nursery. I think Sri Ram early years doesn't give direct admission to Sriram main school.
Lotus said forms will be out by Aug 22-23, DPS Apple Blossom forms are available...Do you have any idea when does Scottish high comes out with forms.
Among Lotus/DPS/Scottish..whats your prefernce/ranking order.
thxs!!!! :-)…
ldren may develop attitude n competition later now... scoottish has sooo many co0cirular avtities as compared to shishantar...

r kids. These efforts include to be fully involved in their studies, their extra curricular activities and imparting all the moral values. School will make only little difference. At most difference will be from peers, which considering the fact that all these schools belong to similar class of people may not make much difference.
Scottish High has terrible way of admitting students. Asking parents to stand at 12 am is ridiculous. It goes to show that they don't care about parents. Makes you wonder what will they do after your kid is admitted.
Lotus Valley is good so far. But now it is over crowded. Earlier they paid lot of attention but now its slipping down. Moreover their extra curricular activities are for name sake. They are focusing on academics very heavily from KG onwards.
Heritage was flavor of the city for few yrs but now you have better options.
Suncity again is hard to get into. No feedback on Shiv Nadar.
I would recommend Shalom Presidency as well. Infrastructure is excellent. Their science week was a hit with class 1 and 2 students being very confident in presenting their little science projects. …

Suncity might open in first week of Aug if they follow last year calendar.

are painted by the children of the respective class. They have a huge playground with facilities for Football, Cricket. They also have lawn tennis, badminton and basketball courts. They do have a lot of field visits for the kids and the staff is very friendly. There are around 20 - 25 students per section and they have 2 teachers for nursery and prep with a maid. We were there for a good 2 hours and we were able to see the children during their break and even in classrooms. The children seemed happy and so were the teaching staff. The admission counselor is a nice lady to talk to and helped us with all the procedures. We even met the Principal and felt that she has a vision for the school.
The school does not have its own swimming pool but uses the DLF club for the same. They charge around 700 extra per month for the swimming.
The fee structure for the school is
Admission Fees: 65000
Quarterly fees: 36000 (comes to this althought they have different amount for each quater).
Apart from this they said books and uniform will be extra but all the extra curricular activities will be covered under these fees.
Overall i am very satisfied with the school and am almost confirmed on it.
My kids are born in Jan 2011 so they are eligible for schools taking 3+ yrs in Nursery and not for 3.5+ yrs in Nursery. So this also works to our advantage as they are eligible for Nursery at Ridge Valley as opposed to Suncity and Lotus Valley. I have not visited these schools but plan to do so on Saturday. Will update you post that. …
