According to me, an important issue is also that when no classes are held for LKG or pre school classes, in the month of April 2014, then is it not appropriate for the authorities concern and / or Supreme Court to also issue necessary instructions regarding refund/adjustment of the hefty fees taken by the schools for the month of April 2014. I think it needs attention.

Number of schools are going against the supreme court order about stay of nursery admission and start of nursery classes (new session) including New Era Junior School, Rajouri Garden, West Delhi. I have one of the parents and i have submit the admission form in east delhi 30 schools but i have saw the child name in only one school list and i was deposit the full admission fees in school on 09.04.14 but now supreme court order to stay continue upto 07th may, now i want to know tuition fees for the month of april can be refundable or not because my child not seating in school class for full month of april.
