There are various surveys floating in various news papers/magazines showing rating of schools in Delhi. However I think this is the most enlightened forum with very knowledgeable moderators and very aware parents without any hidden agenda's . I suggest that we create a poll and give ranking to various schools in Delhi/even India , which can be modified every six months/year so that parents can pick and choose the best school when they get an opportunity. What about those who hasn't got admission yet. I have applied in 12 south delhi schools and my ward has not selected yet. (as on 20-5-2014) in any of the school. Where will I go? approached to many schools but not responding ........... I am in great agony. Please help.

Hi. Which is better in terms of holistic development - Amity International, Saket or KR Mangalam GK2?

i have received call from manav bharti school,south delhi and amity international school saket. can anybody shed somelight which school is better. 

Age Criteria for Nursery is 3.5 years on 1 Apr in most of the schools in Gurgaon (90%) whereas it's 3 Years in Delhi.

Why we have different criteria in two cities?

My son is Feb'12 born and will go in Apr 2016 in Gurgaon otherwise Apr 2015 in Delhi. Should I opt for Gurgaon school offering Nursery with 3 years age criteria (like Amity) to save one year?

My daughter has been admitted in Manav Bharti India International School, Panchsheel Park n I noticed a major issue there in Nursery wing, called as Uditayan i.e. Washroom problem.  Toilet there is in a pathetic condition, I guess a Gvt School will have a better one. There is only one commode, over more than 100 kids (both girls n boys) in the garden area. I believe in years to come following policy in place would ease life of schools and parents in general:

-- 25% EWS Quota. seperate application, separate list.

Non-EWS can apply only if distance less than 8 kms

-- 5% Girls Quota

-- Upto 20% Sibling quota

-- Upto 5% alumuni quota
