Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Hi Sakshi....will choosing dps sector 45 over lvis ggn be a sensible decision? I want my child to have good academics and some exposure to extra xurricular activiites also.

DPS sec 45 is good in academics but not much in eca.

LVIS still has to give class 12 results.

You mean to say, we should opt for nursery in sushant lok and try later next years in other schools ?

The same will be the case later as well, as my kid will be 15 days younger always, so how will other schools say dps 45 consider inn later classes

But Dps Sl and Dps sec 45 have the same age criteria for Nursery .

Many more good schools coming up which might give you 15 days Grace in senior classe4s as strength is low .only fight is for nursery/kg .

Dear Rohit,

I stay in Power Grid....However, most probably ( I have already deposited the fee) we will be sending our Daughter to GD Goenka Sector - 48.Anyway I have also collected the offer letter for Amity.

But this is absolutely ridiculous that little kids has to wait for almost 1.5 hrs.....Suggest that all parents who are admitting the kids to Amity Sector - 43 may speak to school management in this regard and I am sure that matter can resolved with WIN/WIN situation.

What is the DOB of your daughter? DOB of my son is 10-Mar-12 and he is small and underweight, So I am little worried to send him in nursery in 2015-16 or wait for 1 year..Your reply will help me in taking the decision.

My daughter is 26 January 2012 Born. I had exactly same question ( age, small/young in class,physical strength )in my mind ( May please refer to My first post this forum).

should I save one year or else get admitted her to Nursery etc etc

One answer ( Which triggered my decision given by Sakshi) - Entire Delhi ( Supreme Court Guidelines )is following uniform criteria of 3+ ( March 31,2015) criteria for admission in Nursery then why our child has to wait for another year.

even the "so" called reputed ( I am using word so as they are inconsistent in their approach towards admitting the kids in the same class/ standard) school like Shriram Aravali follows 3+ ,All DPS follows 3+ and Lotus Valley for the parent Noida School follows 3 year + 3 months.

However , it is irony , that after crossing the erstwhile toll plaza ( or crossing the Arjun Nagar on MG Road) same child who is THREE years of age get disqualified for admission in Nursery ( most of Gurgaon So called reputed schools).

After primary research I short listed - GD Goenka, Amity and Ridge Valley( which follows 3+ age criteria). finalised GD a Goenka basis the +Ve feedback on this forum, past successful track in Education Basis and excellent infrastructure although it is little far off from my residence ( and Amity 43 is in my premises only but mainly academic based as received feedback here and seen personally )
