Where is Amiown located and do we get direct admission into Amity-sec 46 in grade 1.

Amiown in Sec 27,children will be directly transferred to Amity Sec 46,but again you have to pay full admission fees ;)

The process followed was filling up a questionnaire on why choosing Amiown, parenting philosophy, describing the child and a few scenarios on how to deal with the child in a particular situation.

This was followed by an interaction with the counselor, again she asked similar questions. She was also closely observing the child while my daughter was coloring something or playing with objects kept there to engage the child. She asked her to recite something. So that was broadly it.

Mohik! Children are not directly transferred from Amiown to Amity-46. Yes they give some preference but it depends a lot on parents involvement in activities going on in school mostly on weekends. They then decide based on this. Moreover this trend of calling children on alternate saturdays continues in Amity-46 also. It becomes difficult for some parents. Thats the reason one of our friends shifted his child child from Amity-46 to LVIS.

All kids are not promoted by default as we see in Delhi Amiown every year. I think in Delhi they see parents backgroud / Educational qualifications. as only 70% kids were promoted in last few years.

I spoke to Amiown.. They were categorical in saying that 90-95% students shift and this depends on the parents involvement in weekend activities...

I just recd mail fm heritage for parent and child interaction on 11th ... they want child to be there mandatory....
